All Service Engineers are "time served", covering areas of expertise such as mechanical, electrical, electronic and application.

Break Down Repairs

Service Engineers to attend site, assess condition of machines and carry out repairs as necessary.

Planned Maintenance

Agree with the customer a programme of work to be covered on either single or multiple machine tools. Service can be carried out on a regular basis, again to meet the customer's requirements. Always followed up with a full report and recommendations of any further work that maybe required.

Shut Down Work

Planned maintenance of key machines carried out in the shut down periods Our Engineers can work either alongside customer's maintenance engineers or unsupervised.

Relocation

Our Service Engineers have the skills to relocate machine tools within an existing facility or from one facility to another, including relocating abroad.

Whatever the case the machine's existing alignments and accuracy are recorded. Followed by disconnection and tagging to ensure ease of re-assembly.

The machine would be stripped into moveable components and prepared for shipping. Should the machine be going abroad suitable packaging would be provided to ensure a safe and damage free journey.

On arrival at the machine's destination it will be re-assembled and all the original alignments and accuracy of the machine will be repeated. The machine will then be fully commissioned to the customer's satisfaction.
